What we collect and why

Contact and enquiry details. When you contact us, request a demo or fill in a form on this site, we collect your name, job title, organisation, email address, phone number and the contents of your message. We use this to respond to your enquiry, provide our services and, where permitted, tell you about similar services we offer. Our legal bases are taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in promoting our services to business contacts. You can opt out of marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message or by contacting us.Technical and analytics data. When you visit the website, we collect your IP address, browser type, pages visited, access times and referring pages through server logs and analytics tools. We use this to understand how the site is used, keep it secure and improve it. Analytics cookies are only set with your consent, given or refused through our cookie banner. Our legal bases are your consent (for analytics cookies) and our legitimate interest in the security and administration of the site.

Data from third-party sources. We may supplement the contact and company information we hold with data obtained from third-party business intelligence and data enrichment providers, including Cognism and Apollo. This may include your name, job title, company, business contact details and publicly available professional information. We use this to identify and reach relevant business contacts and to keep our records accurate. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in business development and accurate record-keeping. International transfers

Some of our providers process data outside the EU/EEA. Where this happens, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision, including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and contact data for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and, where a business relationship follows, for the duration of that relationship plus six years to meet legal and contractual obligations. Marketing contact data is kept until you opt out. Data obtained from third-party enrichment providers is kept for as long as it remains relevant to a genuine business purpose, and is reviewed periodically for accuracy. Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings of the tools listed above.

Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing (including an absolute right to object to direct marketing), and to data portability. Where processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting processing already carried out. You will not be subject to solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effect.

You also have the right to complain to the Data Protection Commission (www.dataprotection.ie), though we would appreciate the chance to address your concerns first.
