AIOps applies machine learning to IT operations data, mainly to cut alert noise and speed up the IT response. Operational Impact Intelligence is built around the business outcome: it groups related alerts into one incident and translates it into financial and operational impact, so operations and finance can act on it alongside IT.
Does HelmCore need new hardware at each site?
No new hardware is needed. HelmCore uses a small program on the Windows machines a site already has, plus the monitoring already built into its network equipment. Each customer gets their own single-tenant HelmCore, and HelmCore is ISO 27001 certified.
